New development: Aria Lane in Manoa and Real Estate Pro Tip

Aria Lane Manoa

A brand-new community, Aria Lane Manoa, is launching soon on the former St. Francis School grounds in Manoa. This thoughtfully planned neighborhood will feature 85 single-family CPR homes, with select homes offering the option to convert one of the bedrooms into an “in-law” suite. Developed by Avalon Group, the homes will include a mix of single-level and two-story floor plans with 3- or 4-bedroom layouts and a gated entrance for added privacy. Residences will range from 1,600 to 2,200 sq. ft. of living space and are priced from $2 million to $2.8 million.
