Aloha! I know many of you are interested in how our housing market on Oahu has fared with higher mortgage rates and increased inventory on the market. The May 2025 reports from Honolulu Board of Realtors has shown that inventory has grown and sales have gotten a little sluggish. But remember, due to Hawaii's severe lack of inventory, we still have demand for many of the properties and the price points are still about the same with Single family Homes median price at $1,175,000 and the Condominium median price at $500,000.
