March 2022 continued the strong housing demand for single family homes with the median single price of a homes at $1,150,000 and for condos the median increased to $515,000. This month, Hawaii Kai showed strong sales with 19 recorded single family home sales and the highest median of $1,900,000. Coming in second was Waialae Kahala at $1,875,000 and Kailua-Waimanalo at $1,863,000. Condominiums sales in Hawaii Kai also topped the list with the strongest price sales at at median of $915,000 and the Ala Moana Kakaako area second at $760,500.
