denisemiyahira

Honolulu is adding two more condominium residences in town that will offer different features and amenities for those looking to live in Urban Honolulu.

Ward Village - Launiu

Ward Village will be starting sales for the newest condominium, Launiu which will be situated at the corner of Ward and Ala Moana Boulevard. This is a prime location for a front row building that will have unobstructed ocean views for the Diamond Head units.

The Ala Moana Boulevard front row building will have a mix of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units. It will be 40 stories and estimated to have 396 tower units and 90 podium units. Price points for studios will start in the high $700's and 2 bedrooms are currently starting at $1.8 million. Maintenance fees are estimated at $1.25 per square foot.

Step inside and be enveloped by Studio Becker cabinetry, a Sub-zero refrigerator and freezer, and a Wolf cooktop, oven, and microwave. The 9-foot ceilings create an airy ambiance, while floor-to-ceiling windows frame the panorama of sea and sky. And let’s not forget the lanais—the perfect spot to savor sunsets and trade whispers with the trade winds.

Remember, there are only three more buildings slated for Ward Village, and Launiu will be among the last, with completion expected in 2027. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this front-row masterpiece. Call me, and let’s explore the presentation at the IBM building together!

MODEA 168 Queen St.

Welcome to Modea 168 Queen Street - this is a new concept of transforming office space in downtown Honolulu into residence units. The Davies Pacific Center was an iconic office building built in 1972 and had the prestige of being the largest commercial building in Downtown Honolulu.

There are a mix of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with the majority of the units to be 1 bedrooms. There will be ground floor retail under the building, 24 hour security, resident parking and storage for purchase. Price points start in the $400,000's for the studios, $600,000 for the one bedrooms and $900,000's for the 2 bedrooms.
